We sketch a series of design ideas that fit the project. These are hand-made and 3D drawings that can be accompanied by photomontages, so that customers understand the ideas best put in place. We create tender documents that are submitted to the contractors, who each produce a detailed quote. This allows the customer to choose the company they prefer to work with and to set up a competitive pricing policy.

We conduct regular site meetings with written and photographic reports as well as verification of good workmanship at each stage. This allows us to monitor the completed design, stay as close as possible to the budget and project planning as well as contracts with contractors. Contractors are paid directly by the client, and project management fees are usually 10% of the total garden budget.
