Private residence, Paris 16ème

The White Garden

Located in the 16th arrondissement, this Parisian garden is adjacent to a charming classical-style townhouse, overlooking a quiet, sunny alleyway, out of sight.

Completely renovated and redesigned to increase the presence of plants, the new garden plays with the seasons, textures, shadows, and variations in green and white; topiaries of long-blooming white perennials give a welcome classic look to the garden, which has thus become the vegetal mirror of the house. Bushy beds have found their place in the ground. The limestone slabs were arranged to emphasize the greenery around the courtyard adjacent to the house; they were salvaged from the existing garden and repositioned to create a custom pattern.

The garden's exterior design matches the home's interior design: the lighting fixtures, the black wrought iron canopy and gate, as well as the "Château de Versailles®" wooden table, chairs and orange tree boxes.

And you? How do you imagine your garden?
